Our Services:

  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, and sometimes travel with the Director to take notes or dictate at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Examine telephone calls, inquiries and requests and deal with them when necessary.
  • Meeting visitors and coordinating the meeting between you and them.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and setting appointments.
  • Handling incoming email, faxes, and mail, often as correspondence on behalf of the manager.
  • Conduct basic research and present results.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring that the manager is well prepared for the meetings.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and other employees.

In addition to supporting managers, their team, and their departments, many companies also have their own personal workload and responsibilities.  The scope of our role can be extensive and additional tasks may include:

  • Implementation of specific projects and research.
  • Responsibility for accounts and budgets.
  • Take on some of the manager's responsibilities and work closely with management.
  • Acting on behalf of the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the absence of the manager.
  • Participation in decision-making processes.
